At Selah, we want you to be completely satisfied with our platform. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are provided for platform subscriptions and event registrations.

Platform Subscription Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscription plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Selah for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

Free Trials

Free trials do not require payment. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the selected plan.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel but will not receive a refund for the remainder of the year. Access continues until the subscription expires.

Event Registration Refunds

Event registration refunds are subject to the individual event organizer's refund policy. Selah does not control or guarantee event refunds.

Organizer Refund Policies

When registering for an event, review the organizer's refund policy carefully. Common policies include:

• Full Refund: Available up to X days before the event
• Partial Refund: After the full refund period but before the event
• No Refunds: Some events may be non-refundable
• Transfer Only: Tickets may be transferable but not refundable

Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer:

• You are entitled to a full refund
• Refunds are processed by the organizer
• Processing may take 5-10 business days
• Contact the organizer directly for refund status

Major Changes to Events

If an event undergoes significant changes (date, location, or format), organizers should offer:

• Option to attend the modified event, or
• Full refund of your registration fee

Processing Fees

Payment processing fees are non-refundable. When a refund is issued:

• You receive the amount paid minus processing fees
• Typical processing fee: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
• Some international transactions may have higher fees

How to Request a Refund

Platform Subscription Refunds

1. Log in to your Selah account
2. Go to Settings > Billing
3. Click "Request Refund"
4. Select reason and submit

Alternatively, email support@selah.com with your account details and refund request.

Event Registration Refunds

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to My Registrations
3. Find the event and click "Request Refund"
4. Your request is sent to the organizer

The organizer will review and process according to their policy.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 1-3 business days
• Bank Transfers: 3-7 business days

The exact timing depends on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

• Add-on services purchased separately
• Custom development or consulting fees
• Third-party integrations or licenses
• Events marked as "non-refundable" by organizers

Exceptions and Special Cases

We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of:

• Technical issues preventing platform use
• Billing errors
• Duplicate charges
• Unauthorized transactions

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension. We're committed to resolving billing issues fairly and quickly.
