Attendees

If you register for events, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Comply with event rules and policies
• Respect other attendees and organizers
• Not disrupt events or engage in harmful behavior

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Selah for illegal purposes
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Scrape or data mine our platform
• Circumvent security measures
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create on Selah. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.

Our Platform: Selah and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Payment and Fees

Some features require payment. You agree to:

• Pay all fees as described in our pricing page

Disclaimers

Selah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our platform will meet your requirements or be error-free. We are not responsible for event content, quality, or organizer conduct.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selah and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Selah from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of our platform or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Selah ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County.
